Wallsorts, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors and assigns are referred to as “Wallsorts” in these Terms and Conditions.

Please note that You, as a purchaser of Products made available through Wallsorts and Your use of products provided by Wallsorts is subject to the following terms and conditions. Returns & Faulty Goods
If you are not completely satisfied with your product you may return it at your cost within seven working days after receipt of your order undamaged and unopened for a full refund. If the wallpaper has a fault, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a solution. Before hanging wallpaper check each roll has the same batch number and check there is no visual difference or defects in the rolls. If in doubt do not hang the wallpaper and contact Wallsorts immediately, as we will not accept liability for a fault once the paper is hung on the wall. If your goods arrive to you damaged or are otherwise faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Please keep the goods and all packaging in the same order that they arrived.
Custom made wall murals may not be returned for a refund unless faulty, in which we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Availability of Products
All orders are subject to the availabilty of products. If for any reason a product is not available, Wallsorts will endeavour to notify the non-availability on this website. Wallsorts may revise the range of products or the specification of any product at any time and without notice to the buyer.
Cancellation of orders
Where products are listed on the Wallsort’s website with an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Wallsorts reserves the right to cancel your order (regardless of whether you have made payment for that order). Where payment for an order that is subsequently cancelled by the seller has already been made, the seller will refund the amount paid in relation to that order.
All Products are believed by Wallsorts to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to Wallsorts as soon as it is discovered. All technical information in response to enquiry is given by Wallsorts in good faith. It will ultimately be for you to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to Wallsorts. The liability of Wallsorts will not exceed the value of the items supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.
